Operating Rice Cooker
Before operating rice cooker, check to see that it is sitting level.
NOTE: Always wipe down the outer surface of the inner pot before placing it inside the rice cooker. Any
moisture remaining on inner pot surface may cause a crackling noise while the unit is heating
up. Except for actual cooking area, keep all surfaces dry to prevent damage to the appliance while it is in
operation.
Wash inner pot and lid in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Do NOT wash any part of rice cooker in a dishmachine.
Never immerse outer pot in water.
Never refrigerate the outer pot and the inner bowl in a refrigerater or freezer.
Always place inner pot inside base before plugging in rice cooker.
When plugging in rice cooker, always be sure base pot contains water.
Save these instructions and refer to them often.
USE:
This appliance is for commercial use only. It may be plugged into a standard electrical outlet.
The measuring cup provided is based on 160g.
Before placing the inner pot into the cooker, be sure the heating plate and outside surface of the inner pot
are clean and dry.
Avant de placer la cuve dans le cuiseur, assurez-vous que la plaque chauffante et la surface extérieure de la
cuve sont bien propres et secs.
Do not allow loose rice or food particles to fall into the cooker.
The inner pot must t snugly onto the heating plate to ensure proper contact for cooking. Place desired amount of rice
into the inner pot.
Add cold water up to the exact level indicated inside of the inner pot. See the table below for the proportion of raw rice
to water. By adding too much water you can cause the rice cooker to boil over. Use a 1:1.1~1:1.2 rice to water ratio.
NOTE: Add more water to the base when using rice cooker in higher altitudes.
